Preventative maintenance jobs due
See PM jobs that have the earliest "next service" date. Anything over 1 year old is ignored. You can update PM jobs using Foxpro > Shop > PM

Shop jobs needing time approval
Shop foremen approve the time on each workorder. These are the oldest jobs that are marked "shop work finished", but not "shop time approved" by the shop foreman.

Parts

Shop jobs needing parts approval
After the shop foreman has approved the time, the parts dept approves parts and other charges. This lists the oldest jobs that are "shop time approved" but not "parts approved"

Shop jobs to be forwarded to accounting
These jobs have been approved by the parts department, but have not made it to the accounting dept yet.

Oldest reserved orders
Negative order numbers mean there is no paper copy of the order.

Parts counts
Parts inventory counts are more accurate and less boring when a small number are done regularly. How many parts have been counted in the last month? What needs to be done?

Incoming branch to branch transfers
Most recent incoming branch transfers that have not yet been received here

Outgoing branch to branch transfers
Most recent outgoing branch transfers that have not been received by the target branch

Sales

Recent equipment sales (all branches)

Equipment reserved long ago
Equipment left on reserve doesn't appear to be ready for sale. This shows equipment reserved more than 3 months ago, and is a reminder to clean these records up.

Overdue equipment on-order
On-order equipment has an Estimated Time of Arrival. This shows equipment orders with ETA's in the past.

Old equipment not on hot deals
Why not put equipment that has been sitting around for awhile our 'hot deals' web page? This ignores equipment with anything in the 'reserved' field, and used equipment.

Computer folk

Disk space
When our computer system runs out of disk space, bad things happen

If you don't see what you want here, ask Geoff to put it in.

We can add any information that we can extract from our computer system and fit into a small amount of space. What would be useful to know right now? What do you want to be reminded about?
