Pre-Authorized Payment Form
(PAP)
- A Credit application must be sent to Kubota for prior approval.
Use the Frontier Credit
application. Kubota approval should follow within 24 hours.
- Complete the contract as per example, leaving all
sections outlined in yellow, blank. Fax a copy to Kubota and they will give you
the final figures and dates for these areas to complete the contract for
customer's signature.
- Registration fees are $150.00. The list sent to us no longer
applies.
- Kubota will supply you with the finance rates for each contract as
these will fluctuate.
- Ensure the back of each copy is completed and signed as per example.
- The 20% down payment cheque is to be made payable to Frontier
Equipment Ltd.
- Have customer complete and sign a PAP (pre-authorized
payment) form and get a voided cheque to attach to it. This authorizes
Kubota to make automatic monthly withdrawals from customers accounts.
- On contract completion, Kubota is to receive the original top copy,
along with the PAP and voided cheque. One copy goes to the customer, one copy
for your files, and one copy to Annette for the master file.
