Under certain circumstances, we can "bend the rules" a bit.

These circumstances are:

If all three criteria are met and the employee and his manager agree about the arrangement, then for each 1.5 extra hours worked, the employee records 1 hour OT on his timecard. So, for example, 3 extra hours would be put on the time card as 2 hours OT, and paid at 2 hours at time-and-a-half.

This practice is technically illegal, but we do it only for the employees' benefit. We do not do this as a way of getting more work for less money from employees.
