Trade Show Procedures

March 2, 2000, Larrie York

It seems that we are now participating in more shows and we need to be clear on what has to be done so we can recoup the monies allowed to us. The following are the steps to help you make sure all the bases are covered.

1) Open work order - so all expenses can be posted, including the deposit on the booth.

2) In the work order, include the manufacturers to be displayed.
PLEASE NOTE - Do not use this work order to build equipment or modify any serial numbered stock. This must be done on a separate work order, even if it is done specifically for the purpose of the trade show.

3) Advise Geoff of the show dates so he can put it on web page

4) In order for us to be reimbursed from the manufacturers we must have:

a) Photos of all the participating manufacturers
Possibly the best way to do this would be, after setting up the booth with "Frontier" name displayed, move each Manufacturers' items in the front of the display and take the photo.

If it is a problem to get these developed right away just send the undeveloped film to Annette. If you have …say 12 exposures don't worry about using up all the film since we only pay for the developed photos. It's much more important to get these turned in, in time.

b) Photos within 3 weeks after the show ( all our requests must be submitted within 30 days)

c) All expenses incurred for the show or receipts of charges need to be turned in to Annette so we can post to the work order,(freight charges, carpet rental, electricity , signage, etc.).

5) Generac requires:

1) Lead information - will you just collect business cards and make a copy of the cards and forward with photos?
2) Pre-Trade show request as soon as we know that we will be displaying Generac in the show you should let Annette know so she can submit this request.

If you have any questions on the show procedures just give me a call.

Thanks
