Product Training

Your ac generator represents a significant outlay to your organisation. Naturally you will want to maximise the reliability of the ac generator and ensure that in the event of a problem your service and support staff have the technical skills and knowledge to effectively deal with the situation.

Our Customer Support Department offers product training courses for all your personnel. Each course is tailored to suit the needs of the customer, set builder and end user. 

Engineers, Sales staff, operators and service staff could all benefit from a course tailored to their specific requirement, depth level and STAMFORD product range.

A one day course is sufficient to cover product familiarisation with a choice of training modules, including generator control systems, applications, trouble shooting, maintenance, or other specified requirements.

Training Modules

We have developed a unique set of training modules from which a course can be tailored to suit your requirements. The slides below will give you a taste of what is available. The presentations are animated for clarity and demonstrate the effect of system adjustments. All courses are presented by an experienced trainer.
