How to report a problem |

Intranet Click the Problems & Questions link at the bottom of the page with the problem. In your notes, describe what you are doing. Include any error messages (exact wording, please), part numbers, order number, customer names--anything that will make the problem easier to reproduce.
This link sends a message to the programmer. We need to replicate the problem to fix it, so it's iimportant to give enough information to allow us to do that.
Foxpro. Geoff is our in-house programmer who built the Foxpro and Intranet systems. Report all problems to him
Report all other errors and problems to Daniel. He will attempt to resolve them, and escalate the problem to Geoff if it can't be resolved quickly.
Computers are complex. There are many programs interacting on our systems. There are over 100,000 problem description/solutions in Microsoft's troubleshooting database, each specific and unique. There are half a million lines of custom code running our in-house programs. On top of that, we use many other programs from many different vendors. Each program interacts with all the others, so there are many, many possibilities for any problem.
We can't understand your problem unless you give us enough information to recreate the problem. Some examples of un-helpful problem description (and these are actual quotes):

Westwind system in case there is a problem and Geoff is not available
