Lombardini Service Policy Manual

Warranty claims - Todd Allen at Lombardini 770-623-3554

Jan1/96.. new engine warranty:
- stage 1: 1 year or 1500 hours- parts and labour
- stage 2: 3 years or 3000 hours - parts only

Labour - pay by flat rate book - 80% of our chargeout rate.
Parts - reimbursed at US list price less 25%

- may allow engine removal/replacement at their discretion.

Non-mobile equipment - Travel time- 50 miles, 1 hour travel time without authorization. Beyond this requires authorization.
Mobile equipment - the customer is to bring the unit into Frontier.
